RS-WATER-ENERGY Program

At Paramo Trek, we offer different levels of mountain tours through the Los Nevados National Park and the coffee region, with an overall aim of satisfying the requirements and requests of our clients.

We are a highly motivated and conscious group, aware of the importance and the principles of sustainability. This is achieved by maintaining the continuous improvement of our internal processes, a real commitment to the preservation of the environment, socio-cultural and economic heritage of the region.


  • For the security that we provide: accident and rescue policy in Los Nevados National Park, certified guides in first aid, trained in first aid in remote areas.
  • Because we constantly work to improve by certifying ourselves in the standard of tourism quality and sustainability NTS-TS-003 (Icontec).
  • First mountain operator in Colombia with the certification of sustainability and corporate social responsibility TOURCERT.
  • Because we treat our employees and suppliers with respect by rewarding them with a fair wage.
  • For our commitment to local communities (see our school supplies collection program).
  • Because we carry out sustainable tourism by applying the principles of No Trace in each of our treks. Leave no trace.
  • Because we are authorized by National Parks and we work hand in hand so that tourism in the Los Nevados National Natural Park develops in a sustainable way.
  • We are a 100% Colombian tour operator.
