If you don’t drink enough liquid when it’s a hot day or during intense physical activity, this can cause dehydration whose principal indicative it’s the thirst.
Dehydration partially eliminates the sweating, that breaks the thermoregulation of the body and the temperature begins to rise, it’s more difficult to detect that in cold weather; also it’s necessary constantly hydrate for example in a long and constant walk to prevent some affectations or reactions such like altitude sickness.
